Our annual Metro Black Expo is held each year in April at a premier venue in the city center. The exact date and location will be confirmed with sponsors 6 months prior to the event. We typically host the expo over a weekend to maximize attendance from both business professionals and community members.

We anticipate 5,000+ attendees including Black business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, government officials, and community leaders. Our audience represents diverse industries from technology and healthcare to retail and professional services, with a focus on fostering meaningful business connections.

Sponsor recognition includes logo placement on all event materials, social media promotion leading up to and during the event, verbal acknowledgment during opening ceremonies, and inclusion in our digital marketing campaigns. Higher-tier sponsors receive additional benefits like speaking opportunities and premium booth locations.

Absolutely! We understand that different organizations have unique goals and requirements. We’re happy to work with you to create a custom sponsorship package that aligns with your budget, objectives, and desired level of involvement in the event.

To ensure maximum promotional benefits, we recommend confirming sponsorship commitments at least 3 months before the event. However, we can accommodate later commitments based on availability and may adjust promotional benefits accordingly.
